In this role, you’ll partner directly with a top-producing agent to lead operations, streamline systems, and support strategic growth. From managing contracts and listings to tracking KPIs and maintaining the database, you’ll be the operational backbone of the business. This is not a receptionist or admin role — it’s a leadership opportunity for someone who can anticipate needs, create structure, and keep the entire team moving forward.

Compensation :

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Managing and optimizing listings and transaction processes
• Building and maintaining operations manuals and team systems
• Supporting marketing, events, and lead generation systems
• Partnering with leadership to hire, onboard, and support future team growth
• Tracking metrics and managing the backend of a high-performing real estate business
