RN Medical Review Training Specialist

A company is looking for a Medical Review Training Specialist - RN (Outpatient Clinical).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver structured training programs and materials for clinical nursing review and operational support

Plan, coordinate, and monitor training schedules while assessing training effectiveness through various metrics

Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training on audit guidelines and clinical practices to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nursing license

Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred

AHIMA / AAPC Coding Certification required

Prior experience in developing and delivering training programs, especially in a remote setting

Strong operational subject matter expertise in clinical nursing practices
