Preferred Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8a-5p

Worksite Setting : Outpatient - freestanding clinic

Scope of Work : As a locum Physician, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : active, unrestricted IN license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert.
