A company is looking for an Area Sales Director for the Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quotas
Oversee the sales cycle, negotiate, and assist in closing complex transactions
Develop the Southeast US market while maintaining relationships with partners
Required Qualifications :
Senior sales experience with a proven leadership and management track record
Over 10 years of field and remote sales experience with consistent quota over-achievement
Experience in B2B sales of networking and / or security solutions
A minimum of 2 years managing an individual contributor sales team
Channel recruitment and enablement experience with a successful sales track record
