LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Experience :  Prefer experience as a floor / charge Nurse in long-term care facility.

Must have a license to practice nursing as an LPN in the state of FL or a nursing license from another state that has reciprocation rules.

LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Job Functions :

Administers medications and treatments as ordered by the physician and mandated by regulations.

Monitors the care of the residents to ensure a good quality of care is given to all residents.

Reports concerns regarding residents care to supervisors.

Assigns and supervises nursing staff as needed and required to provide good care.

Follows infection control guidelines in providing care.

Develops and follows the plan of care for residents.

Assist with scheduling as required.

Documents pertinent information and changes in condition regarding the residents

Provides patient care to geriatrics and adults
