Printing Operations Machine Setter — Mooresville, NC

If you thrive on precision, pace, and problem‑solving, this night‑shift role puts you at the center of our printing operations. You’ll take ownership of line setup, quality, and uptime while supporting a team that supplies packaging to customers across foodservice, retail, and industrial markets.

What you’ll achieve

• Master safe setup and operation for every stage of the print line
• Install / remove printing plates, mandrels, and related hardware
• Dial in image registration and launch new print jobs to quality and rate targets
• Triage issues fast : perform minor repairs, troubleshoot the process, and execute preventive maintenance
• Guide packers assigned to your lines and provide break relief across the department
• Own your documentation, quality checks, and housekeeping
• Partner with leaders to take on other tasks as needed
