Wage : $20.60 / hr.

Not medical or dental benefit eligible.

Primary Objective of Position :

To develop and implement a hands-on coaching curriculum for youth runners Grades 2 - 5. Based on the age of the students, instruction should include proper form and efficiency, distance training, speed training, proper warm-up, cool-down and stretching, proper training gear, nutrition and safety.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead instruction in school run programs; provide guidance and supervision of participants.
• Develop and implement fun and appropriate practice drills and games to accommodate a variety of skill levels.
• Help each participant develop skills to be successful.
• Provide a safe, caring and fun environment for participants.
• Establish a positive and friendly relationship with parents.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
