Compensation : $26 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Perform maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing locks, repairing drywall, and updating outlets.
  • Execute general carpentry work and troubleshoot basic issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with contractors to finalize projects and conduct property inspections.
  • Coordinate efficiently with supervisors and other maintenance personnel.
  • Ensure clear communication with upper management and keep task updates in the management system.
  • Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by upper management.

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience with facilities / property management or a similar field.
  • A basic understanding of routine maintenance processes is preferred for this role.
  • Proficiency in utilizing maintenance tools is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • A reliable vehicle and cell phone are essential for this position.
