Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in North Andover, Massachusetts. Responsibilities :
Manage and track bills to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
Perform general office tasks and maintain data entry in Excel with a focus on accuracy.
Utilize advanced Excel functions, including mail merges and pivot tables, to process and analyze data.
Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars to optimize workflow and organization.
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Support team members with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Prepare presentations and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment, adhering to company standards.
Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use advanced functions such as pivot tables and mail merges.
Solid experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on clear communication and problem-solving.
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to manage schedules and appointments effectively.
