PURPOSE
Lincoln University School of Business is accepting applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position to teach accounting, finance, and business related undergraduate and graduate courses in seat, online, and hybrid. This is a full-time, 9-month position. The successful candidate is expected to join us in the Spring of 2026 and will continue into the 2026 / 2027 academic year. The contracted teaching load is 12 hours per semester, with the opportunity for teaching overloads and summer courses. Full-time faculty are expected to advise students, participate in faculty and campus committees, attend faculty assembly, division meetings, and conduct program / class assessments in accordance with the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), university policies, strategic plan, rules, and regulations, as well as the standard criteria set forth by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
