Greater Vision Healthcare Services seeks a strategic partner to help launch and grow our Medicare Home Health Division. The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the clinical oversight, planning, coordination, and management of all patient care services provided under the Medicare-certified division of the Home Health Agency. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS Conditions of Participation (CoPs), and promotes the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do :

• Assist in launching and building the Medicare-certified division of our home care agency
• Guide compliance with Medicare and CMS regulations
• Support nurse recruitment and ensure clinical readiness
• Develop and implement systems, policies, and partnerships
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive operational success
• Help us qualify for and maintain licensure, accreditations, and audits
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and referral sources
