SRE is seeking a Junior Solutions Analyst who will support strategy development, planning, and execution for multiple programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in several of the following areas : strategic planning; organizational change management and communications; data analysis and reporting; writing and editing; and meeting design and facilitation. The candidate will create impactful deliverables (written materials, briefings, data visualization) and must be comfortable briefing leaders.

Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Assists with the analysis, review, development, test and inspection of business process improvement, program management, and solution implementation efforts
• Applies strong analytical and technical skills to document findings in accordance with approved

quality procedures and standards

Compensation :

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $59,000 - $85,000 / year. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. SRE considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Additionally, SRE adheres to all state and federal requirements regarding salary to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of SRE's total compensation package for employees.

Work Environment :

The primary work location of this position is Washington D.C. Metro area, remote work is allowed but not guaranteed. If you live outside the commutable area, travel expenses are not reimbursed to the primary work location.
