Seeking new and experienced sales professionals.

  • 1099 : 100% commission based

    • Responsibilities :

  • Consult clients on products & services to meet their needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve product or service problems.
  • Maintain customer relationships.

    • Qualifications :

  • Communication : ability to effectively communicate with clients to identify needs and closing them on suitable products.
  • Driven and self-motivated.
  • Must currently hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license (must be able to pass a state background check to obtain license).

    • How You Earn :

  • Warm calls - Clients have already expressed interest in products we offer.
  • Access to CRM for client management, and seamless integration with carrier platforms for an easy e-application process.
  • Commissions directly deposited upon approval and issue - deposits Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

    Qualifications :

  • A current life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
