AI Architect

Our client is seeking a strategic and technically savvy AI / ML Solution Architect to join their AI leadership team, specifically sitting within the Digital organization. This is a high-impact, enterprise-level role responsible for driving the design, architecture, and adoption of AI / ML solutions across multiple business domains.

This individual will serve as a thought leader, strategist, and technical translator, bridging business needs with scalable AI / ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as AI / ML lead for cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with enterprise IT, digital teams, and domain leaders.
• Translate business goals into technical artifacts, solution designs, and architectural frameworks.
• Guide and mentor senior AI / ML team members in the creation of an enterprise AI playbook.
• Act as a key contributor to the creation of a scalable AI Factory, establishing intake and delivery processes for AI / ML initiatives across the organization.
• Evangelize best practices in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, embeddings, vector search, and MCPs.
• Lead the design and implementation strategy of AI copilots and agentic AI solutions, starting with several pre-determined use cases.
• Benchmark against industry trends and competitors in healthcare AI, bringing innovative solutions and strategy.
• Partner with various entities across the enterprise to showcase AI use cases, measure outcomes, and drive adoption.
• Define and support the development of AI / ML DevOps processes, from intake through output.
