A company is looking for a Product Manager, Coordination of Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day coordination of benefits (COB) operations and ensure timely reporting and performance guarantees

Serve as the subject matter expert for COB program inquiries and system enhancements

Audit and test COB processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational integrity

Required Qualifications

College degree or equivalent experience in managed care or health insurance

Minimum of five years' experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial claims processing

Minimum of five years' experience managing a product or program in the healthcare industry

Knowledge of NAIC, HIPAA, and applicable data privacy practices

Experience in pharmacy claims processing is highly desirable
