Quality Manager

A Tier I supplier, located in Ligonier, Indiana, is looking to hire a strong Quality Manager.This person will need to come with strong automotive industry knowledge to lead plant-level quality operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining product quality. Day-to-day responsibilities of this position include,

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and TSAs (Technical Service Agreements).
• Lead and support customer audits, launches, and issue resolution—particularly with Stellantis, Ford, and GM.
• Guide quality engineering staff; provide mentorship, direction, and performance management.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement efforts using facts and data.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Quality Manager (Frank Stark) and represent the plant in quality escalation situations.
• Interface with customer quality reps and support launches, including programs in Mexico and Michigan.
• Maintain a proactive boots-on-the-ground presence with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams.
