Unit : Adult Medical-Surgical (Med / Surg)

Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 10 / 21 / 2025 – End : 1 / 20 / 2026)

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Shift : 12-hour rotating shifts (days / nights, weekends included)

Openings : 3 Med / Surg RN positions

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,990–$2,130 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications Active RN license (Nebraska or compact state)

Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience

Current BLS certification

Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends

Strong clinical assessment, patient care, and communication skills

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the Medical-Surgical unit

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions

Maintain a safe, supportive, and compliant environment for patients and staff
