This role follows an onsite model to accommodate business needs while maintaining team collaboration. Hours : Monday - Friday; 8am - 4 : 30pm.
Summary :
The Administrative Coordinator at Neogen is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional work environment. This role includes maintaining the quality of common areas, overseeing front desk operations, managing visitor documentation, and assisting with office logistics, including event coordination and supply management. The Administrative Coordinator also plays a key role in supporting the accounting department by performing daily financial functions, assisting with audit preparations, and ensuring compliance with financial processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
