Part-Time Operations Support

Legal Operations Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual who will provide Legal Operations Support in our Cleveland office, supporting our National practice group. The ideal candidate will assist in managing a docket, provide status reports to clients, help to facilitate agreements and support some of our billing operations as well. This role will also support attorneys and analysts within the practice group. The Legal Operations Support role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and proactively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain a docket for our National Practice Consulting Group, including but not limited to : scheduling, calendaring, tracking deadlines, and preparing evidence submissions.
• Work closely with the billing department to ensure case information is gathered and entered into the database in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clients and co-counsel delivering an exceptional level of service.
• Prepare regular status reports for clients.
• Assist attorneys and other members of the practice support group, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
