About The Role

As an IT Field Technician , you'll be on the frontlines of our restaurant technology, ensuring smooth and reliable operations across the company. From network installations to troubleshooting and major rollouts, you'll be the go-to expert who keeps our stores connected and running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Install and maintain networking systems across multiple restaurant locations
• Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues
• Handle new store IT set-ups, remodel rollouts, and equipment installations / removals
• Perform updates, repairs, upgrades, and system backups
• Manage and track IT tickets, ensuring timely communication and resolution
• Support special IT projects and company-wide technology rollouts
• Keep accurate documentation of inventory and stock used for repairs
• Collaborate with the IT Director on cross-functional initiatives
