Ability to set up and operate manual welding equipment, interpret blueprints, ensure quality control, and work together with team members to meet production goals. Primarily MIG welding on mild steel from 20 gauge up to 1 / 4-inch thickness. Stainless and aluminum welding competency a bonus. You’ll also be responsible for basic machine maintenance, optimizing welding sequences, following standard work, and performing one over one inspection with fellow welders. Use of precision and conventional measuring tools is required, in addition to following all safety rules and safe working practices.
