QwikResponse is seeking a Mitigation Project Director in Santa Barbara.   The Mitigation Project Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of mitigation projects, including initial contact, customer communication, dispatch, on-site procedures, estimation, billing, and collections. This role is key in ensuring seamless execution, upholding safety and quality standards, and achieving client satisfaction.

Location :  Santa Barbara, CA

Salary Range :   $80,00- $100,00 + quarterly incentive structure

Key Responsibilities :

• Initial Contact : Oversee response to incoming calls, accurate lead detail entry into DASH, and timely assignment of leads to the Mitigation Team.
• Customer Communication & Dispatch : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, manage dispatch to project sites, and oversee recording of on-site activities in DASH.
• On-site Procedures : Ensure compliance with health and procedural agreements, supervise site preparation and mitigation processes, and oversee transition to reconstruction projects.
• Estimation & Billing : Collaborate with estimators for timely estimate delivery and manage invoice creation and distribution.
• Collections : Oversee payment follow-ups and collection strategies.
