About The Position

Job Title : CT Tech

Shift : 7 On / 7 Off, Evenings

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience : Minimum 1 year

License : State license required

Certifications : ARRT(R)(CT), BLS

Must-Have :

• Previous charge experience preferred
• Experience with charting systems required

Description :

The CT Tech will perform CT scans on patients of all ages.

The role requires the preparation and administration of contrast media as needed.

3D rendering techniques, such as maximum intensity projection and volume rendering, are essential skills.

Experience with various CT procedures, including but not limited to abdomen, brain perfusion, and coronary CTA, is necessary.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical.

Flexibility to adjust to workflows and assist where needed is important.

Experience with Epic charting systems is preferred.

The position may involve working with various patient care teams and support services.

Compliance with safety and infection control protocols is required.

The role requires good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Emergency response skills and knowledge of trauma care are beneficial.

The CT Tech should maintain adherence to radiation safety practices.

Local candidates may be accepted.
