Position Summary

As a Small Business Specialist, you will engage with prospects and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads from internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.

You will manage multiple sales processes simultaneously through various stages, document them, and follow through with implementation until the client is fully onboarded. Successful sales professionals will benefit from industry-leading compensation, benefits, luxury incentive trips, and awards. What You'll Do

  • Grow Our Business While Growing Yours : Work within a defined territory to close sales, achieve targets, and implement top-down sales strategies.
  • Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients : Recommend solutions that address clients' business needs, earning referrals through networking and partnerships.
  • Deepen Relationships : Cross-sell with other ADP services to expand existing accounts and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate Daily : Serve as a trusted advisor and uphold high ethical standards in all interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Positive Self-Starter : Upbeat, persistent, comfortable cold calling, managing time, and presenting ideas professionally.
  • Strategic Closer : Proven experience in outside B2B sales, managing a territory, and closing deals.
  • Proven Winner : Ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented.
  • College degree is preferred but not required. Alternatives include :
  • Three years of B2B sales experience, preferably field sales.
  • Military experience with relevant skills.
