Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in Colorado requiring a CO or compact RN license and a minimum of 3 years of cath lab / EP experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab and Hybrid Cath Lab within a hospital setting

Patient care provided pre, intra, and post cardiac procedures

Full-time schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week

Rotating weekend and evening / weekend call required

30-minute callback radius required for on-call response

No local candidates accepted; permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility

Role involves planning and coordinating nursing care for cardiac cath lab patients utilizing ANA Standards of Nursing Practice

Team-oriented environment with advanced technologies in a rapidly growing hybrid Cath Lab

Facility housing is available for travelers through direct rental

Must be able to cover assigned shifts and participate in call rotation as scheduled

Requirements

Current CO RN license or Compact RN license required

Active BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required

Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) required

Experience with circulating and providing patient care before and after procedures required

Flu vaccination required with no exemptions accepted

Vascular and / or CVOR experience is a plus
