Were looking for a knowledgeable and passionateCompetitive Team Coach to join our dedicated staff. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced coach who is committed to developing athletes in a positive, safe, and supportive environment.

What Youll Do

• Coach team athletes in compulsory and / or optional levels (specific level placement based on experience)
• Develop training plans that align with athlete growth, safety, and USAG standards
• Mentor athletes in both technical skills and life lessons like discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship
• Collaborate with program leaders, head coaches, and directors to ensure program consistency and excellence
