Certs REQ : - MN state license (not a compact state) - ACLS - BLS - NRP - Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)

Pending License accepted : Yes - must include proof of date submitted

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? TBD by need

Locals accepted : NO - candidate cannot live within 50 miles of the facility

RTO Restrictions : Finalized RTO must be included with submission. No RTO within first week of start date. No more than 10 days of RTO per assignment.

Guaranteed Hours : Contracted Hours

Special Requirements : - MedSurg experience REQUIRED - OB experience REQUIRED - OB portion of the position requires labor delivery, post-partum, nursery and couplet care
