Overview

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Product Development Intern in Hunt Valley, MD located at 24 Schilling Rd . This is a 10-week internship (June 1st, 2026 - August 7th, 2026) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Pay Range : $20 - $22

RESPONSIBILITIES

With supervision from their manager, the intern will work alongside McCormick employees on daily product development activities along with undertaking their own focused project. The project will be decided upon by the manager prior the start of the internship and the intern is responsible for presenting their results to the team at the end of the summer. Additional responsibilities may include :

• Includes sample preparation, testing, and data gathering.
• Provide support to internal product and process development teams with hands-on assistance and project guidance
• Collaborate with other scientists and technologists to deliver ad hoc project results in a timely manner
• Prototype formulation, technology research and competitive product benchmarking
• Cross train with other McCormick departments that align with the Intern's interests including (but not limited to) : Sensory Science, Process Development, Test Kitchen, and Culinary.
