Job Title : Senior Full Stack Developer

Location : Remote

Experience Level : Senior (10+ years)

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven System Architect with Full Stack Development expertise.This role is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in dynamic environments, can operate independently with minimal supervision, and is capable of rapidly understanding and addressing complex technical challenges across diverse technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as a technical expert deployed on-demand to high-priority projects requiring architectural guidance or hands-on problem-solving.
Rapidly assess unfamiliar systems and technologies to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and implement scalable solutions.
Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate proposed designs and demonstrate feasibility.
Engage in hands-on coding and scripting as needed to support development teams.
Provide architectural oversight and technical mentorship to project teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of system design and development practices.

Required Qualifications :

10+ years of experience in software development and system architecture.

Proven expertise as a Full Stack Developer, with strong proficiency in Java and Python.

Solid experience with Python scripting for automation and integration tasks.

Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services and cloud-native application development.

Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration (hands-on experience is a plus).

Strong understanding of infrastructure, systems, and networking concepts.

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and applications.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative in fast-paced environments.

Formal education in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working in a consulting or solutioning team environment.

Exposure to middleware, proprietary systems, and custom enterprise applications.

Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
