As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide both routine and complex nursing care, demonstrating sound clinical judgment and the ability to manage diverse patient needs independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation).
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol; monitor patients for side effects and therapeutic responses.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately, including history, symptoms, and administered medications.
• Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health management, treatment plans, and available resources.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to other care providers to ensure efficient management of the clinical setting.
