Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support a Department of Defense enterprise modernization effort with the United States Marine Corps.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between the Marine Corps Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Office and the modernization team to ensure alignment with Marine Corps policies

Lead requirements-gathering sessions and analyze current-state workflows to develop future-state models that enhance mission performance

Collaborate with data architects to design data interfaces and validate processes for compliance with relevant DoD standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Minimum 7 years of experience in requirements management or business analysis for federal or defense programs, with at least 3 years supporting DoD operations

Demonstrated expertise in business process modeling and functional design documentation

Experience working within Agile or iterative development environments

Active Secret clearance is required
