Competitive hourly rate : $18–$22 / hr depending on experience

Set up and change over plastic injection molds and auxiliary equipment

Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing quality parts

Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments to molds and presses

Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Previous die setting or mold setting experience in a plastic injection molding environment

Ability to read and follow setup sheets and work instructions

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Reliable attendance and willingness to work in a team environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
