The Valleywide Companies is seeking a Field Project Coordinator with a strong background in construction / civil construction to join our growing team.

About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing construction job sites from the planning phase through project completion. You will serve as the key point of contact in the field , coordinating crews, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day field operations on construction sites
• Coordinate project activities from planning through completion
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are followed on-site
• Review and interpret blueprints and plans
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and crews
• Maintain organized documentation and progress tracking

Requirements

Compensation

$25 / hour DOE (depending on experience)
