Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is preferred from last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Operating Room experience.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
• BSN completion preferred

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

Required Credentials : Rn license -state or compact.

Preferred Credentials : 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred

Unit / Facility Details : Any employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained.

Special Requests : no Blocked scheduling

Shift & Scheduling :

Weekend Requirement : 1 weekend a month

On Call Requirement : 1 day of call a week

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission
