Role Summary
This role functions as an integrator responsible for aligning the lab and shop resources, priorities, and tools to match the needs of new product development and continuous product improvement efforts. It will lead and manage the testing and fabrication technical teams, translating engineering requirements into practical lab and shop solutions, and ensuring both teams have the skills and resources to support engineering initiatives. The role serves as a liaison between engineering and the manufacturing team to support product qualification through lab and shop resources.

The stated US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,100 - $149,700, with bonus eligibility where applicable.
