Peña & Kahn, PLLC, a personal injury law firm located in the Bronx, NY is currently looking to fill a couple of Bilingual Legal Assistant positions. The ideal candidates should possess a strong attention to detail, a dependable work ethic, and a welcoming customer service attitude. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must! You will provide overall support to the attorneys and our clients.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Client customer service
  • Medical Record Requests
  • Data Entry
  • File Organization
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents

Qualifications :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detailed oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
