Position Overview :

As a High-Volume Bartender, you’ll be the heartbeat of our bar, serving guests in a bustling, upscale setting. You’ll craft expertly made cocktails, pour premium wines, and serve a variety of local and international beers, all while maintaining top-notch customer service and attention to detail. We’re seeking someone who thrives under pressure, can handle a fast-paced environment with grace, and has a passion for mixology and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, wine, and beer with precision and speed
• Provide exceptional service with a warm, engaging personality
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including preparation, restocking, and end-of-shift cleanup
• Handle multiple orders simultaneously in a high-volume setting
• Assist in creating seasonal or specialty cocktails as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations accurately
