Key Responsibilities :

Develop and provide students with an approved syllabus that includes terminal course objectives

Organize, prepare, and regularly update course materials and utilize appropriate online technologies

Set clear course expectations and ensure exam content aligns with course objectives

Required Qualifications :

A master's degree is required, along with 18 graduate credit hours in the subject being taught

Credentials must be from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills are necessary

Excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse environment are required

Ability to work collaboratively and facilitate efforts of diverse groups is essential
