Title : Salesforce Developer Location : Dallas, TX Duration : 12 Month Contract Compensation : $75-80 / hour Work Requirements : US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Salesforce Developer Description : We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) professional to design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role will focus on building dashboards, datasets, recipes, and lenses to deliver actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performing CRM Analytics solutions that align with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) dashboards, datasets, recipes, and lenses. Leverage Einstein, Lightning, Apex, SOQL, and automation to deliver robust analytics solutions. Integrate AI-driven insights and automation to enhance business decision-making. Partner with business teams to understand requirements and deliver user-friendly, scalable solutions. Ensure performance, data quality, and governance standards are met. Qualifications : Strong experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein). Proficiency in Lightning, Apex, SOQL, and automation tools. Experience with AI integration in Salesforce environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business and technical stakeholders.
