Manufacturing Engineer SR

Ultra Maritime is a defense contractor delivering multi-mission solutions to navies worldwide. We pioneer advanced specialist systems for surface, sub-surface, and unmanned platforms, driving warfighting edge.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Senior (SR) to lead operations required for fabrication and assembly of products, implementing cost-saving process improvements.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots and resolves issues, estimates time requirements for operations, and prepares operation sheets.
Recommends and implements improvements and / or modifications in the sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters to increase efficiency and cost savings.
Leads team in determining the operations required for fabrication and assembly of products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field and 5+ years of related experience.

Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role.
