Travel Nurse Job Details Location : Thief River Falls, MN 56701 (Minnesota healthcare jobs) Facility Type : 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (ICU, Med-Surg, PACU) Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025 – End : 2 / 9 / 2026) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Shifts : 12-hour day / night rotating shifts; occasional 8-hour shifts; 2-3 weekends per 6-week schedule; every other holiday Estimated Weekly Pay : $2140 - $2290 Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) assignment ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Minnesota State RN license required Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred) Proficient in EPIC charting, Omnicell, Philips monitors, telemetry, defibrillators, IV pumps, BiPap, and ventilators Ability to float to Med-Surg and PACU units; OB or Emergency Department experience a plus Registered Nurse Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in ICU, Med-Surg, and PACU settings Monitor telemetry for acute care patients and manage continuous IV medications Perform cardioversions and provide post-anesthesia care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC electronic health record system Comply with hospital policies, including dress code (navy blue scrubs) Participate in unit-specific training and orientation (1 day Med-Surg, 1 day ICU) Take the next step in your nursing career with this rewarding ICU travel nurse job in Minnesota.
