• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans for each patient\n\nMonitor Patient Progress : \n
• Continuously observe and document patients' conditions, making timely adjustments to care plans as needed\n
• Ensure patients' safety and comfort while responding to any changes in their health status\n\nPatient Education : \n
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and recovery plans\n
• Guide patients in self-care, healthy lifestyle changes, and post-discharge plans\n\nCollaborate with Healthcare Teams : \n
• Work alongside doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, holistic care\n
• Participate in daily rounds, provide updates on patient progress, and contribute to care coordination\n\nEnsure High Standards of Care : \n
• Adhere to best practices and hospital policies to maintain patient safety and comfort\n
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA\n\nQUALIFICATIONS : \n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred\n
• Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not required\n
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment\n
