Senior Accountant with CPA

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to support the month-end closing process and enhance accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in month-end close processes and record journal entries; review entries prepared by Staff Accountants

Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts, investigating discrepancies as needed

Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and assist with external audits

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

4+ years of experience in corporate and / or public accounting

Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and financial reporting standards

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting tools

Experience managing priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
