Collection Specialist

A company is looking for a Collection Specialist to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Research and resolve balances on accounts receivable in a timely manner

Make routine collection calls and document detailed notes in the company software system

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications and Education

Previous home infusion and specialty pharmacy experience required

1-3 years of strong collections experience

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred

Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology

Experience with CPR+ systems preferred
