Position Summary

Assist consumers with debt repayment while fully complying with all regulatory requirements, client and company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

• Act as the initial point of contact for consumers contacting the Firm to resolve debt collection matters
• Negotiate payment arrangements based on Firm and client standards
• Make outbound calls manually and via the Firm’s dialer system to attempt to collect consumer debts
• Follow up with consumers on missed and returned payments
• Exhibit customer service standards consistent with all quality assurance expectations
• Meet all monthly collection and production goals
• Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws and regulations governing debt collection
• Maintain knowledge of the legal process to aid in the collection of debt and the education of consumers as needed
