Responsibilities

Preparation of Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) and Folding Procedures (FP) for use by our in-house personnel and customer's field personnel.
Research and preparation of illustrated parts lists and parts breakdowns as required per document.
Research and preparation of Service Information Letters and Service Bulletins.
Coordinate with Technical Illustrators the preparation of illustrative matter (artwork, perspectives, and orthographic as related to the aforementioned duties and documentation).
Interact with Technicians, Engineers, Manufacturing and other writers in gathering information for documentation updates.

Requirements

Ability to read and understand a technical document.

Basic Experience with writing & the ability to follow formats and guidelines.

Basic Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Basic Ability to meet deadlines.

Basic Organizational skills.

Basic Strong communication skills.

Associate's Degree (or higher) preferred with at least three years of related experience and / or training.

Engineering or Technical background and two years Technical Writing experience.
