The Associate Patient Care Coordinator functions as an integral member of the team and is the first point of contact for all people inquiring about the provider's practice. The primary role is to organize the practice's daily activities and paperwork. Associate Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service and adhere to Lean processes. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical and service goals
Hours : A 32-hour work week , Monday from 10 am to 2 : 00 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6 : 30 to 5 : 00 pm, Thursday from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00pm PST.Schedule will be determined by supervisor upon hire.(may change due to business needs)
