Position Title : Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse\n\nFacility : [Insert Facility Name]\nSpecialty : OR / Surgical RN\nShift : M-F, 6 : 45 AM – 3 : 15 PM | Call required (weekday & weekend coverage)\n\nPosition Summary : \n\nSeeking an experienced OR RN with at least 2 years recent OR experience to provide safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The RN will perform circulator duties, assist with C-sections, recover general surgery patients, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nImplement plan of care including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.\n\nDocument patient care and communicate patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.\n\nAssist patients with activities of daily living as needed.\n\nProvide patient / family education appropriate to age, culture, and condition.\n\nCollaborate across disciplines for patient transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.\n\nServe as patient advocate for physical and emotional well- being.\n\nRequirements : \n\nTN RN or multi-state RN license\n\nCertifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA)\n\nKnowledge of General Surgery, Orthopedic, OB, GYN, Endoscopy\n\nMinimum 2 years recent OR experience\n\nMust be willing to float as needed\n\nAdditional Info : \n\nNo robotic procedures\n\nCirculators may recover general surgery patients prior to floor / Same Day Surgery\n\nDress code : Professional scrubs
