Broker Experience Representative

A company is looking for a Broker Experience Representative to provide support to broker partners throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary resource for broker service inquiries, providing timely and accurate information

Triage and resolve questions related to marketing materials, enrollment processes, and commission payments

Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve operational issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, health insurance, or broker services

Experience with Medicare products strongly preferred

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
