Lead Supply Chain Quality Manager

Airbus Commercial is looking for a Lead Supply Chain Quality Manager to join our Procurement department in AIRBUS North Americas. The position supports on-time delivery and quality of Material and parts (Detail parts machining / sheet metal, Standard parts, Composites and paints / sealants) from suppliers and their sub-tiers; assessment of the supplier's rate readiness; secures industrial quality performance to support future rates; consolidates the industrial risk outlook and mitigation actions.

This position is based in the area of Kinston, NC or by major airports nearby.

Meet the team : Airbus Procurement Operations team is made up of cross national teams of Supply Chain Quality Managers, Specialists, and Leads located in the EU, North America & Asia continents. Our mission is to acquire indirect goods and services for Airbus commercial aircraft and helicopters, playing a major role in generating value and giving to the overall competitiveness of the company. Our team members ensure on-time delivery and on-quality of equipment and systems, drawing on their expertise in Industrial, Operations & Quality Management, and positive relationship building skills to problem-solve and proactively mitigate supply chain issues.
